We use what you share only to give you your reading and coaching. We never sell your data. Our AI providers do not train on it, but we do store it, as listed below, until it expires or you delete it. You can download or delete it at any time.

Where your data is kept
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai.
Who processes your data for us
• Amazon Web Services, Mumbai, India: AI models, data storage (DynamoDB), email (SES)
• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery
• Google Firebase: app sign-in and phone notifications
• Razorpay: payments
• Calendly: booking your Clarity Call
• Tavus: AI video calls, streamed through Daily.co (Daily)
• Anantya: WhatsApp messages (only with marketing consent)
• HubSpot: enquiry and application contacts, when enabled
If something you write or say sounds like you may be unsafe, the AI stops, shows helplines, and a named person on our team is alerted with a reference to your conversation (and your email if you are signed in) so they can follow up. These safety records are kept 12 months.
Your rights
• Access and download your data (Dashboard → Privacy & data)
• Correct your data
• Withdraw any consent at any time
• Delete your account and data
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you
• Raise a grievance; we reply within 90 days, then you may approach the Data Protection Board of India
Marwahlous is for adults 18 and over. Under DPDP, anyone under 18 needs verifiable consent from a parent, which we do not support yet, so under-18s cannot use the service.
