Free parts
The Clarity Check and the daily free AI time cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Clarity Call with Dr. Marwah (₹4,999 / AED 249, 45 minutes)
- Reschedule: free, once, up to 24 hours before the start time, from the link in your booking email or by writing to hello@marwahlous.com.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before: full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours, or miss the call: no refund. If something urgent came up, write to us and we will offer one new time where we can.
- If we cancel or cannot join: you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Credit: the fee is credited in full if you join the Reset or Inner Circle within 30 days.
Reset and Inner Circle
These are by application. Dates, price, what is included and the refund terms are written in the offer you accept before paying.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Bank timelines can add a few days.
How to ask
Write to hello@marwahlous.com with your name, the email or phone used to book and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
