The terms for using Marwahlous.

1. Who we are

Marwahlous is operated by Marwahlous (Dr. Ravineet Singh Marwah). Write to us at hello@marwahlous.com.

2. What Marwahlous is, and is not

Marwahlous offers self reflection and coaching for adults: the Clarity Check, AI coaching by chat, voice and video, and paid sessions with Dr. Ravineet Singh Marwah and his team. It is not therapy, medical or psychological care, a diagnosis, or financial, legal or investment advice. 3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You agree to give true details and to keep your sign in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. AI coaching

The AI coaches work from what you tell them and can be wrong. Use your own judgement and speak to a qualified professional before any decision about your health, money or legal matters. Free AI time is set per day and may change. We may pause a conversation for safety, as described in the privacy notice.

5. Paid sessions and programmes

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (and UAE dirhams where offered) before you pay, and taxes are applied as the law requires. Payment is taken by Razorpay. Booking, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no harassment, no unlawful content, no attempts to break, copy or reverse engineer it, and no use of readings to make hiring, promotion, insurance, school or legal decisions about anyone.

7. Your content and data

What you share stays yours. We use it to give you the service, as set out in the privacy notice, where you can also download or delete it.

8. Our content

The Marwahlous name, logo, method, text and design belong to us. You may use them only to use the service yourself.

9. Liability

We provide the service with care, but as it is, without promises of a particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. You can stop using Marwahlous and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to hello@marwahlous.com first; we aim to resolve any complaint within 30 days.
